Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — refers to the 4d98 website accessible at https://4d98.one and all pages contained within it.
• "User" or "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the 4d98 platform.
• "Services" — encompasses all online gambling products offered, including slots, live casino, sports betting, baccarat and other games available on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any free credits or promotional bonuses credited into a user's account based on specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses become eligible for withdrawal.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To register an account at 4d98, you must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception. Registrations that do not satisfy these requirements may be cancelled at any time without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and current personal information during registration.
• Each individual may only hold one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or any active gambling restriction programme.

4d98 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of your identity card (MyKad), bank statements or other supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended or closed.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 4d98 platform are processed using the payment methods listed below. The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method that has been registered and verified in the user's own name. 4d98 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

4d98 offers various bonus programmes to registered members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.

Welcome Bonus: Your first deposit is eligible for a 150% bonus up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before winnings can be withdrawn.

• Example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250 → wagering required RM150 × 15 = RM2,250
• Example: deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM888 → balance RM2,088 → wagering required RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

Each promotion has its own validity period. Unused bonuses within the specified period will be forfeited automatically. 4d98 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

VIP Programme and Weekly Cashback

Active 4d98 members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which consists of three tiers. Progression to a higher tier depends on wagering activity and member loyalty during the relevant period.

• Bronze — New members are eligible to receive weekly cashback of up to 0.3% of total net wagering.
• Silver — Active members who demonstrate consistent engagement are eligible to receive weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold — The highest tier, with weekly cashback of up to 1.0% along with priority customer service.

Cashback is credited to the account every week and is subject to periodic reassessment. 4d98 reserves the right to review a member's VIP tier based on their recent activity.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

4d98 users are required to behave responsibly and comply with all platform rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any method that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Sharing an account with another individual or granting account access to a third party.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery or attempts to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using this platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Making false accusations or unfounded complaints against the platform or its staff.
• Interfering with or attempting to compromise the security of the platform's systems, infrastructure or databases.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

4d98 provides online gambling services based on international licensing and endeavours to ensure the platform operates in a stable and secure manner at all times. However, 4d98 is not liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond the platform's control, including internet outages or third-party server failures.
• Winnings lost or losses incurred as a result of unavoidable technical errors.
• Financial losses suffered as a result of the platform being used by an unauthorised party due to the user's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.

In the event of a dispute relating to game results, 4d98's system records will be considered the final reference unless there is strong evidence proving otherwise.

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the 4d98 support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all valid real-money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original payment method.

Users who wish to take a break from gambling for a set period may apply for voluntary self-exclusion. During an active exclusion period, access to the platform will be fully blocked and no promotions will be sent to that user.
